FSA forms - have you complete one?

The Financial Services Authority (FSA), formerly the old Registry, have failed to send out registration forms to a number of clubs up and down the country.

If you have not received one of these and you have have had it some months ago, contact the FSA to avoid paying a late registration penalty.

The Union has written to the FSA asking for leniency for clubs but clubs must contact them to ensure they have the appropriate Annual Return Form.

It is a statutory requirement for clbus to complete these forms and return to the FSA and clubs must ensure that they do obtain them at the earliest opportunity.
